Surrounded by woods and meadows – take your first herbal step. I invite you to a workshop on creating botanical cosmetics and herbal remedies. Alchemy, science or magic? What do you think ?
At the workshop you will learn about active substances from plants and how to use them in creating your own recipes from wild cosmetics. You will learn what macerates, extracts and glycerites are and how to make them yourself at home. You will work on high-quality oils and butter. You will learn selected essential oils and see how powerful they are. In the second module of the workshops you will prepare a herbal medicine kit with me. Enclose the power of herbs in syrups, capsules and ointments. I invite you to the beautiful Knieja, located among the Polanowskie Hills, in the charming valley of the Grabowa River. In her privacy we will create natural cosmetics and medicines that you will take home with you. During the workshops a lunch break, welcome refreshments, delicious herbal teas and fruit are planned. All interested persons can use the accommodation after prior reservation. The cost of accommodation with breakfast 70 PLN. (I encourage you, lots of herbs to harvest around the farm)

Aloe vera marigold body lotion 100 ml
250ml Herbal Hair Shampoo
Herbal liniment from seven pains with 100 ml essential oils
100 ml moisturizing cream with anti-wrinkle properties
Herbal capsules facilitating digestion 30 pieces
Magnesium poplar milk 100 ml
Each participant of the workshops undertakes to have a good mood 🙂
